他當時心裡很感傷，他想我不知道什麼時候才有機會可以見到國王。
我不知道甚麼時候才可以一展抱負。
他想著想著，就拍打著牛角，吟唱起歌來。
國王剛迎接到賓客準備返回城堡，他聽見了(甯戚)的歌。
國王覺得很好奇，這個人應該不是普通人，他或許有特殊的才能。
國王便命令一個侍衛去看是誰在唱歌，並且吩咐這個侍衛把這個人先帶回皇宮。
第二天，國王召見(寧戚)，國王與他對談之後，發現他的很多想法都很棒，都很有利於整個王國的農業發展與畜牧業發展。
國王非常高興，就準備任命他擔任王國內重要的職務。
但這時候有幾個大臣對國王說。
我的國王啊，我們應該先調查清楚這個人的背景，再決定是否重用他。
