A story is recorded in the history book.

the three kingdoms.
He said to the king.
If the two kingdoms of the Xiongnu Kingdom
and the Wusun Kingdom form an alliance and oppose the Han Dynasty, then we will
be in trouble.

should prevent it now.
We should fabricate an intelligence to
destroy the harmony between them.
The king felt that what he said made sense.
But the prime minister put forward his
opinion. The prime minister's name is (Wang Jia).
(Wang Jia) said.
We have to be honest with ordinary people,
and we should do the same with a kingdom.
The current peace agreement is very good.
It enables people in all kingdoms to live in safety.
We cannot cause the outcome of the war
based on an unfounded guess.
Lies and deception cannot last long, only
integrity and kindness can last.
My king, because you have heard what
(Sifbow) said, you have already had prejudices. You should think and evaluate
carefully.

so we can no longer listen to different opinions.

在中國的漢王朝時代。四周圍有許多王國。這些王國主要是由各遊牧民族所組成。
其中，有兩個王國勢力很強大一個是匈奴王國，一個是烏孫王國。
歷史書上記載了一個故事。
有一個大臣的名字叫(息夫躬)。他為了自已的政治利益，他想破壞三個王國之間的平衡。
他對國王說。
匈奴王國與烏孫王國他們兩個王國如果結盟並且對抗漢王朝，那我們就有麻煩了。
雖然這件事情尚未發生，但我們應該現在就預防。
我們應該捏造一個情報，破壞他們之間的和諧。
國王覺得他說的話很有道理。
但宰相提出他的意見。這個宰相名字叫做(王嘉)。
(王嘉)說。
我們對待一個普通的百姓要保持誠實，我們對待一個王國也應該如此。
目前的和平協定很好，它使各個王國的百姓都安全的生活。
我們不可以因為一個沒有根據的猜測去造成戰爭的結果。
謊言與欺騙無法長久，正直與善良才可以長久。
我的國王啊，你因為聽了(息夫躬)所說的話，你已經有了成見啊。你應該再審慎的思考與評估啊。
這句成語被用來提醒我們，很多時候，我們會以爲先接受的思想或形成的印象是正確的，因此我們無法再聽取不同的意見。
