In the Tang Dynasty of China, the second king was (Li Shimin)
He is one of the most famous and respected
kings in Chinese history.
Once, he asked the ministers a question in
a meeting.

A minister replied.
I think it is more difficult to build a
kingdom.

the two ministers, he made a conclusion.
He said.
Both of you are right.
We have overcome the difficulties of the
first paragraph and have now established this kingdom.
But we must remember that new challenges
have emerged before our eyes.
So we must be cautious, we must not be
proud.
We want all people in our kingdom to enjoy
a peaceful and prosperous life.
This task is very difficult, but we must do
our best to achieve it.
This idiom is used to remind us that it is

我們花費了許多的精力去建立規章與制度，去思考如何管理與統治。
當(李世民)聽完這兩個大臣的回答後，他做了結論。
他說。
你們兩位說的都對。
我們已經克服了第一段的困難，目前已經建立了這個王國。
但我們要記得，我們的眼前，已經出現了新的挑戰。
因此我們要謹慎，我們不可以驕傲。
我們要讓我們的王國中的所有百姓，都可以享受和平並且富足的生活。
這個任務非常的困難，但我們要盡力去達成。
這句成語被用來提醒我們維持一個事業的持續興盛並不是件容易的事。
