During the Tang Dynasty in China, there was
a county called Zaoqiang County.
There is a middle-level official in the
local area. His name is (Zhang Huaiqing).
There is a story about him in history books.
He often publishes some poems he wrote, and
his poems are quite famous in the local area.
Many local people also respect him.
Once, a person living in the capital came
here to visit a friend of his.
The two of them hadn't seen each other for
a long time, and they were chatting.
The topic suddenly came to poetry.
Said his friend.
We have a famous poet here who writes very
good poems. I like it very much so I copied a lot of poems written by him.
The man who lives in the capital replied.
That's great. I like poems a lot, and I
want to see them.
This friend showed him the poem written by
(Zhang Huaiqing) that he had copied.
The man living in the capital said after
reading the first poem.
The poem he wrote is almost identical to a
poem written by a famous official in the capital.
The poem he wrote has 28 characters, and 20
characters are all the same as the poem written by the famous official.
Said the friend.
It should be a coincidence. (Zhang
Huaiqing) is a famous poet on our side.
Look at the other poems written by him. I
also like them very much.
The man living in the capital said after
reading several more poems.
Oops. Almost all of these poems are
plagiarism from others. He adds a few more words to poems written by others and
it becomes his own work.
Later this matter spread.
The local people no longer respect and
laugh in private (Zhang Huaiqing).
Zhang Huaiqing is too despicable, his
behavior is like a barbarian.
He doesn't know how to cook food with fire,
so he can only eat food raw.
This idiom is literally meant to be eaten
raw without cooking. It is used to describe a person who does not have the
ability to create and can only plagiarize the work of others.

有一次，有一個住在首都的人來到這裡拜訪他的一個朋友。

他的朋友說。
我們這邊有一個著名的詩人，他寫的詩很好。我很喜歡所以我抄錄了很多首他寫的詩。

那太好了，我很喜歡詩，我想看一下這些詩。
這個朋友就把自已所抄錄的(張懷慶)寫的詩拿給他看。
這個住在首都的人看了第一首詩後說。
他寫的這一首詩與跟首都的一個著名的官員寫的一首詩幾乎一模一樣。
他寫的這一首詩有28個字，有20個字與那位著名官員寫的詩全部相同。
這個朋友說。
應該是巧合吧，(張懷慶)是我們這邊一個著名的詩人呢。
你再看看他寫的其他首詩，這些詩我也都很喜歡。
這個住在首都的人又看了好幾首詩後說。
哎呀。這些詩幾乎全部都是抄襲他人的創作。他在別人寫的詩中間多加上幾個字就變成他自已的作品。
後來這件事情傳開了。
當地的百姓不再尊敬而且私底下嘲笑(張懷慶)。
張懷慶太卑劣了，他這種行為就像是一個野蠻人一樣。
他不知道如何用火烹調食物，所以他只能生吃食物。
這句成語被字面上的意思是東西不煮就直接生吃。用來形容一個人沒有創作的能力只能抄襲他人的作品。
