He is well prepared so his attitude is very calm(好整以暇)

In the Spring and Autumn Period of China, the ambassador of the Jin Kingdom went to the Chu Kingdom.

The name of this ambassador is (Luan Zhen).

During this trip, he met a general of the Chu Kingdom.

The general's name is (Zizhong).

The two of them talked.

(Zizhong) asked.

The army of the Jin Kingdom is very powerful. How do you train your soldiers?

He replied.

We have established many different offensive and defensive formations, and these soldiers are familiar with these formations.

Therefore, although we have a large number of soldiers, we are very orderly.

(Zizhong) asked.

Your soldiers seem to be very calm, why is this?

He replied.

We have established a complete training process, and the soldiers will repeatedly practice various combat skills.

Our soldiers are very calm, because each of them is usually fully prepared.

A few years later. There was a military conflict between the two kingdoms.

The king of the Jin Kingdom visited the front line of the confrontation between the two armies.

He talked about this past event to the king of the Jin Kingdom.

He made a suggestion to the king of the Jin Kingdom.

The Kingdom of Chu sent (Zizhong) to lead this battle.

We should show our order and calmness. We can take the initiative to send a messenger to their camp so that we can overwhelm him in momentum.

The king agreed with his views and suggestions.

This idiom is used to describe a person who is still calm when faced with complex situations.

Dear friend, what inspiration or thoughts did you have after hearing this story.

When you face busy work, do you show calmness? Do you spend most of the day dealing with important things or urgent things?

I hope this story will give you some new gains.

(He is well prepared so his attitude is very calm)
