他的父親是楚王國的一個著名的正直的大臣。
楚王國的國王搶了他的兒子的妻子，他的行為太無恥了，所以(伍子胥)的父親就直接指出他做的事情是不對的。
楚王國的國王很惱怒，就把他的父親關在監牢中。
楚王國的國王下了一到命令，要求他與他的哥哥到皇宮中去接他的父親回家。
他的哥哥聽從國王的命令去了皇宮，但是他沒有去。
他的哥哥到了皇宮中後，也被關入監牢。
幾天後，他的父親與他的哥哥就被國王殺了。
國王殺了他的父親與哥哥後，很害怕(伍子胥)來報仇。
國王對全王國下了一道命令。
這道命令的內容如下。
伍子胥的家族要密謀背叛楚王國，他的父親與他的哥哥都已經被處決。
但是他逃走了。
如果有人抓到他，這個人可以得到豐厚的賞金與得到貴族的名份。
如果有人包庇他或者收留他，這個人與他的所有家人都會被處以死刑。
這個命令公布之後，整個楚王國境內的各條重要道路都進行封鎖，各個村莊都進行搜查。
整個搜捕網絡非常的嚴密，就好像一個綁得很緊的袋子，裡面的水一滴都不會漏出。
這句成語的被用來形容包圍得很嚴密，完全沒有漏洞。
這句成語也被用來形容很多人聚集在一處，這個地方非常的壅擠。
