after listening to other people's opinions, and you are more likely to succeed.
You are a man who can achieve great things,
and your talents are enough to make you a very good king.
You should not be content with your current
position and achievements.
Now is the time to form a new kingdom
yourself.
You should seize the moment.
You have the wisdom to judge right from
wrong, and you know what is best for you.
You must avoid indecision, for this will
bring you disaster.
You should demonstrate a firm and decisive
will.
You have to expand your structure, and you
have to think about whether you want to establish a new kingdom from a broad
perspective of how to benefit the people of the whole of China.
There is a saying.
If a strong tiger stays in place, the tiger
will not be as lethal as a scorpion that moves boldly.
If a tall horse does not step out, the
horse will not travel as far as an ordinary horse that advances slowly.
A great warrior who procrastinates is not
as accomplished as a mediocre man who keeps going.
I finally make my suggestion again.
You must seize the opportunity of the
moment to form a new kingdom yourself and become the king of this new kingdom.
Building and managing a new kingdom is
difficult, but I believe you will be up to this new challenge.
The time has passed and it will not come
back. The better the opportunity, the easier it is to disappear in a blink of
an eye.

他是秦王朝末年與漢王朝初年一位傑出的參謀。他先後為好幾位當時的重要大臣提供他的建議與策略。
歷史書上記載過一個關於他的故事。
中國歷史上的漢王朝開國國王的名字叫做(劉邦)，協助他創建漢王朝的最重要的將軍的名字是(韓信)。
(韓信)一生的故事非常的精采，歷史書上記載了一個他的故事。
他曾經擔任協助建立漢王朝最重要的一個將軍的參謀。這個將軍的名字叫做韓信。
他認為因為韓信的軍事成就太大，因此將會引起漢王國的國王的猜忌。所以他
建議韓信應該脫離漢王國，自己成立一個新的王國。
韓信回答他。
我要再考慮幾天。
幾天後，他再次對韓信提出他的勸告。
他說。
你必須聽取各種不同的意見，因為這樣做能夠協助你預測未來。
你只有聽取各種不同的意見你才能減少判斷失誤的次數，你也才不會被一些虛偽的言論所迷惑。
你如果不聽取各種不同的意見，你就不能做出正確的判斷。
你也必須聽完別人的意見後反覆思考，你才更有可能會取得成功。
你是一個可以有著巨大成就的人，你的才能足以讓你成為一個非常優秀的國王。
你不應該滿足於目前的職位與成就。
現在就是你自己成立一個新的王國的最好的時間點。
你應該把握當下的時機。
你有著足以判斷是非的智慧，你知道怎樣做會對你自己最好。
你必須避免猶豫不決，因為這會使你遭遇禍害。
你應該表現出堅定與果斷的意志。
你必須擴大你的格局，你必須站在如何讓整個中國的百姓都有好處的寬廣的角度去思考你到底要不要成立一個新的王國。
有一句俗話說。
如果一隻強壯的老虎猶豫不決，那麼這隻老虎的殺傷力將比不上一隻果敢行動的蠍子。
如果一匹高大的馬匹徘迴不前，那麼這隻馬匹走的路程將比不上一隻慢慢前進的普通馬匹。
如果一個偉大的戰士遲遲不肯行動，那麼這個戰士的成就比不上一個持續行動的平凡人。
我最後再次提出我的建議。
你必須把握當下的機會自己成立一個新的王國並且成為這個新的王國的國王。
建立並且管理一個新的王國是困難的，但是我相信你一定可以勝任這個新的挑戰。
時間過了就不在回來，愈好的時機愈容易在轉眼間消失。

請你再次認真的考慮執行我的建議。
韓信最終還是沒有採納他的建議。
又過了一陣子，他辭去了他的幕僚的職位，他離開了韓信的軍隊。
