The name of the founding king of the Han
Dynasty in Chinese history was (Liu Bang), and the name of the most important
general who assisted him in establishing the Han Dynasty was (Han Xin).
The story of (Han Xin)'s life is very
wonderful, and one of his stories is recorded in history books.
He was the commander-in-chief of the army
of the Kingdom of Han.
One day, Liu Bang had a meeting with him,
and the two of them exchanged views on a military general's ability to lead and
rule.
Before the meeting was about to end, Liu

troops I can lead.
Liu Bang asked after listening to his
answer.

so much better than mine, let me ask you a question.
Why is it that I have the ability to
command you now? And not you to command me?
After he heard this question, he knew that
Liu Bang had begun to distrust him. Because his ability is better than Liu
Bang.
He immediately said respectfully.
You are indeed only suitable for leading

(韓信)一生的故事非常的精采，歷史書上記載了一個他的故事。
他是漢王國軍隊的總指揮官。
有一天，劉邦與他進行一場會議，他們兩個人針對個軍事將領的領導統御的能力交換彼此的看法。
會議進行到即將結束前，劉邦突然笑著問他。
我們剛才已經針對所有的軍事將領的職位做了妥善的安排，對了，我突然想到一個問題。
他疑惑的看著劉邦。
劉邦說。
假如我是你的部屬，你認為我的領導統御能力如何，我最多可以帶領多少人的軍隊。
他思考了一下回答。
你可以帶領10萬個人的軍隊，這是你領導統御一支軍隊的人數上限。
劉邦說。
那你呢，你自認為你最多可以帶領多少人的軍隊呢?
他思考了一下，他說。
我可以領導的軍隊人數愈多愈好。
我可以帶領的軍隊的人數沒有上限。
劉邦聽了他的回答後問。
既然你的領導統御的能力超過我那麼多，那我問你一個問題。
為何現在是我擁有指揮你的能力?而不是你來指揮我呢?
他聽了這句問話後，他知道劉邦已經開始不信任他了。因為他的能力比劉邦好。
他立刻很恭敬的說。
你的確只適合帶領10萬個人的士兵，但是你有其他的我所沒有的卓越的能力，你擁有可以帶領許多的軍事將領的能力。
你這個能力我認為是天生的，就這能力而言我比不上你。
這也就是我聽從你的指揮的原因。
劉邦滿意地笑了。
