During the Three Kingdoms period in China,
there was a famous general in the Dongwu Kingdom. His name is (Gan Ning).
History books tell a story about him.
He was born into a very rich family, and he
was born with great strength.
His personality is very impulsive, and he
fought almost every day when he was a teenager.
He met some frivolous teenagers his age and
became their leader.
He and his friends don't study or work,
they wear nice clothes every day, they put bells on their clothes and they go
around with knives, bows and arrows to have fun.
The average age of this group of people is
under 20. They do things without considering the consequences, and they hurt
and bully others at will.
He has a very richly decorated carriage.
He had a boat, and he had expensive silk
for the ship's rope, and when he wanted to sail, he cut off and threw away this
very expensive silk.
Their power grew and everyone in the town
where they lived was afraid of them, even the magistrates.
If he identifies with you, sees you as his
friend, and you respect him, he will treat you well.
If he doesn't like you, if he feels you
have offended him, he will take drastic revenge.
This idiom is used to describe one or more
frivolous teenagers.

他們這群人的平均年齡不到20歲，他們做事情不考慮後果，他們隨意的傷害與欺負他人。
他有一輛裝飾得非常華麗的馬車。
他有一艘船，他拿著高價的綢緞當作船的纜繩，當他要開船的時候，他就剪掉並且丟棄這塊非常昂貴的綢緞。
他們的勢力愈來愈大，他們所居住的這座城市中，每個人都害怕他們，就算是行政官員也不例外。
如果他認同你，他認為你是他的朋友而且你很尊重他，他就會對你很好。
如果他不喜歡你，如果他覺得你得罪了他，他就會採取激烈的報復手段。
這句成語被用來形容一個或是很多個輕佻放蕩的少年。
