because he was a government official. His sister's life was very poor. Once he
went to his sister's house as a guest. His sister had no money, so she cooked
some vegetables and multi-grain rice.
He said happily to his sister.

別人問他為何要捐這些錢，他回答。
我住在官邸裡面，我認為我下班後的支出不應該用公費來負擔。
因此我應該退還一部分公費給荊州市政府。
他的姐姐沒有因為他是政府官員而得到任何的好處，他的姐姐的生活過得很窮困，有一次，他到他的姐姐家去作客，他的姐姐因為沒有錢所以煮了一些青菜與一些雜糧飯。
他很開心地對他姐姐說。
