During the time of the Northern and
Southern Dynasties in China, there was a famous minister in the Northern Wei
Kingdom, his name was (Cui Hao).
There is a story about him recorded in the
history books.
He was a famous scholar in the Northern Wei
Kingdom.
He has a good friend who he has known since
he was a child. The name of this good friend is Sui Kua. This good friend has
almost the same thoughts and opinions as him, so the relationship between the
two of them is very good.
He left his hometown when he grew up, and a
few years later he became an important official in the central government.
One day he said to the king
I have a good friend called (Sui Kua). His
work ability and ethics are better than mine, so I would like to recommend him

government official. He wants to be a civilian. He wants a quiet life.
But because of the king's order, (Zui Kua)
was forced to come to the capital. After arriving in the capital, (Su Kua)
lived in (Cui Hao's) house.
They were two good friends who had not seen
each other for many years. They chatted and drank happily.
A few days later, he said to Sui Kua
It has been several days since you came to
my house. I have tried to persuade you to accept the king's appointment.
But you refused to agree to work in the
central government.
The letter of appointment the King wants to
give you is here with me. Our kingdom really needs talented people like you in
the central government. Together, we can change society.
Do you want to accept the job or not?
(Sui Kua) said to him after a few minutes
of silence.
You are an important official of the
central government. You feel that this job allows you to use your abilities and
realise your ideals, but why are you making things difficult for me?
I'm leaving tomorrow, I really don't like
your lifestyle.
That night he hid Suokua's mule, hoping to
prevent Suokua from leaving his home.
But because (Suokua) was very determined to
leave, he used other means of transport to leave the capital the next day.
(Suokua) After leaving the capital, he
reported to the king at a meeting.
The good friend I recommended to you earlier
has refused to work for the central government. I hope the king will not blame
or punish him.
The king smiled and said to him.
Everyone has his own life and his own
preferred way of life. Since he does not want to come to the capital to work,
we should not force him.

歷史書上記載了一個他的故事。
他是北魏王國的著名學者。
他有一個從小就認識的好朋友，這個好朋友的名字叫做(眭夸)，這個好朋友的想法與觀點都幾乎跟他一樣，因此他們兩個人的感情非常好。
他成年後離開自己的家鄉，幾年後，他成為中央政府的一個重要官員。
有一天，他對國王說。
我有一個好朋友叫做(眭夸)。他的工作能力與道德操守都比我更好，因此我想要推薦他進入中央政府工作。
國王很開心，就下了一道命令要求(眭夸)立刻到首都內就職。
(眭夸)的想法與觀點都與(崔浩)相同，但是(眭夸)的個性與(崔浩)有著很大的差異。
(眭夸)不想要擔任中央政府的官員，他喜歡做一個平民，他想要安靜的生活。
但是因為國王下令，所以(眭夸)被迫來到首都，(眭夸)到了首都之後就住在(崔浩)的家裡。
他們兩個好朋友已經好幾年不見了，他們兩個人開心得聊天與喝酒。
幾天之後，他對(眭夸)說。
你來到我家已經好幾天了，我這幾天都嘗試著說服你接受國王的約聘，
但是你都不肯答應進入中央政府工作。
國王要給你的聘書在我這裡，我們王國真的很需要你這種有才能的人進入中央政府，我們可以一起改變社會。
你到底要不要接受這份工作呢?
(眭夸)沉默的幾分鐘後對他說。
你擔任中央政府的重要官員，你覺得這份工作可以讓你發揮你的能力並實現你的理想，但你為何要為難我呢?
我明天就離開，我真的不喜歡像你一樣的生活方式。
那一天晚上，他把(眭夸)的騾子藏起來，他希望用這個方式阻止(眭夸)離開他家。
但是因為(眭夸)離開的意志非常的堅定，所以隔天(眭夸)還是用了其他交通工具離開了首都。
(眭夸)離開首都之後，他在一次的會議上跟國王回報。
我之前向你推薦的那個好朋友他拒絕來中央政府工作，我希望國王不要怪罪他不要責罰他。
國王笑了笑。國王對他說。
每個人都有自己的人生，也有自己喜歡的生活方式，他既然不願意來首都工作，那我們就不要勉強他吧。
