There is a story about him in the history

When he was young, he learnt fortune-telling
from his father, but no one knew about it.
When he grew up, he entered the government
service and a few years later he was appointed deputy governor of the province
where his hometown is located.
One day he went to the governor and said to
him
According to my fortune telling, it will
rain heavily from the 1st of May this year, so we should prepare for disasters
in advance.
The governor laughed when he heard these
words.
The governor said to him.
Our province is experiencing a drought, and
it would be great if it rained.
He nervously told the governor.
This heavy rain will continue for several
days and will cause serious damage to our people.
We should remind the people to be prepared.
The governor did not heed his advice.
Being a civil servant, he had no way of
leaving his post, so he had to prepare a boat himself and move all his family's
valuable belongings onto it.
He also told some of his relatives and good
friends the news, but none of his relatives and good friends believed his
prediction.
A few weeks later, on the morning of 1 May,
he spoke to the governor again.
This is our last chance, it's going to rain
heavily.
We should hurry and issue an emergency
alert.
Said the governor angrily.
It's sunny and hot outside and I don't
think your prediction will come true.
He took his leave that day and returned
home. He and his family hid on the boat he had prepared.
After midday that day, the sky suddenly
darkened and it began to rain heavily.
The rain was so heavy that by the evening
the main river that ran through the town where he lived had risen and washed
away its banks.
The floods covered the whole city in a
short time.
After the flood, statistics showed that
more than a thousand people had died.
After this time his reputation spread and
everyone knew that he was a very powerful fortune teller.
