punished.

and fairly.

他下令處罰太子的兩個老師。
太子了兩個老師從此之後非常的恨他。
他嚴格並且公平地執行他所制定的這套法律。
經過十年後，秦王國的百姓都已經接受並且十分遵守這套法律。
秦王國之中的每個家庭都有足夠的衣服與糧食，每個人都感到滿足。
秦王國境內，不論是鄉村或是城市的經濟都變得非常繁榮。
秦王國的國境內沒有強盜與小偷，治安變的非常的好。
