In 316 AD, the Western Jin Dynasty was defeated
by the army of the (former Zhao) Kingdom, and the king of the Western Jin
Dynasty was killed. The Western Jin Dynasty fell.
In 317 AD, a royal member of the Western
Jin Dynasty named Sima Rui announced the establishment of the Eastern Jin
Dynasty in Jiankang City, Jiangsu Province, China.
There was a famous minister in the Eastern
Jin Dynasty of China, his name was Ruan Fu.
There is a story about him recorded in the
history books.
His grandfather and father were both
ministers in the Western Jin Dynasty, and he had known members of the royal
family since he was a child.
He is two years younger than (Sima Rui),
who founded the Eastern Jin Kingdom. The two of them have been good friends
since childhood.
After the establishment of the Eastern Jin
Dynasty, Sima Rui had the power to appoint officials freely. Sima Rui asked

西元317年，西晉王朝的一個皇室成員名字叫做(司馬睿)的皇室成員在中國江蘇省的建康市宣布成立東晉王朝。
中國的東晉王朝有一個著名的大臣，他的名字叫做(阮孚)。
歷史書上記載了一個他的故事。
他的祖父與父親都是西晉王朝的大臣，他從小就與王室的成員很熟。
他比建立東晉王國的(司馬睿)小兩歲，他們兩個人是從小到大的好朋友。

司馬睿聽完他的話後問。
你為何只認真工作了一個月呢?發生了甚麼事情讓你變得放鬆呢?
他笑著回答司馬睿。
我擔任這個職位大約一個月後，我發現東晉王國在你的領導之下，我們的政治風氣愈來愈好，我們的百姓與士兵們都很擁護你並且尊敬你。
你就像是明亮的太陽一樣，在你的照耀之下，東晉王國的國力愈來愈強大而且盜匪愈來愈少，東晉王國的人民的生活已經變得愈來愈來安定。
我與你相比，我就像是一個火把。
我認為在明亮的太陽出現的白天，我們其實沒有必要持續點燃火把照明。
所以我最近才在工作上變得放鬆。
司馬睿聽完他的話後笑了。
